I was disappointed with the handicap accessibility. The bathtub was difficult to maneuver for my mother, who needed special accommodations. I expected a walk-in shower but was provided with a plastic seat instead, which made her stay uncomfortable.

The room was spacious with two comfortable queen beds, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day on the slopes. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the outdoor thermal baths were a relaxing treat for the adults. Plus, the proximity to the ski lifts made it super convenient!
